MEA manufactures stainless steel gratings from V2A and V4A steel grades, which can meet almost all functional and material requirements that customers place on gratings. Rounded edges reduce the risk of injury and the result is clean and rounded transitions.

Depending on your requirements, MEA supplies stainless steel gratings with a pickled or electropolished surface. While pickled surface treatment creates matt surface accents, gratings with an electropolished surface treatment shine almost like chrome.

Stainless steel gratings from MEA are manufactured as pressed gratings: the filler bars are pressed into the slotted support bars under high pressure. This construction method ensures a particularly stable and torsion-resistant grating. The mesh forms a completely flat surface and thus underlines the expressive aesthetic effect of the stainless steel.

MEA supplies gratings in standard sizes as well as tailor-made gratings in any desired shape. Individual support bar and mesh combinations and, if required, an anti-slip design are possible at any time. All gratings are perfectly pre-configured for the desired purpose so that they can be installed quickly and safely on site.

The almost 100% resistance to many substances means that MEA stainless steel gratings can be used in a wide range of ways. For example, it is often used in breweries and in beverage production.
