The MEA galvanizing plant offers you professional galvanizing of all products in accordance with DINEN 1461 and DAST guideline 022.
We will professionally prepare your steel components/small parts for our high-quality zinc coating. All of this is done in a material-saving, cost-effective and quick manner. We also offer a wide range of additional services related to our galvanizing plant.

Radiation from materials
Removal of old paint or deep corrosion. Turning old into new.
We let painted or surface-coated materials/products shine in a new light. We remove the old paint or corrosion using our optimized sandblasting.
PICKLING AND DEGREASING
Pickling and degreasing materials with hydrochloric acid.
We remove heavily greasy or superficially rusted materials sustainably and effectively. We would be happy to reserve an appointment for you. Give us a call!
TRANSPORT SERVICE
Our special transport service picks up the goods directly from your doorstep and returns them after surface treatment at the agreed time. Try us out!

CONSULTING ACTIVITY
Technological pretreatment before coating:
Our technicians work closely with you right from the start of your project. All the necessary steps up to the finished surface treatment, such as distortion, use of materials, preparatory and follow-up work, are discussed with you and carefully implemented.
ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS FOR SMALL REPAIR JOBS
For smaller repair work, we offer a comprehensive range of correction paints, zinc sprays, protective putties and external and internal thread strips. MEA also offers protective strips for areas that need to be specifically protected from coating.
CHECKING THE ZINC LAYER
On request, we will be happy to provide you with a certificate of zinc layer thickness measurement as well as a confirmation that the zinc layer meets the quality requirements according to EN ISO 1461.
